Mediation Fees
Included:
Our mediation fee includes our preparation time, administration, individual meetings or calls with counsel in advance of the mediation, as well as the mediation session, and lunch.

Half Day (4 hour) Mediations are available, but are not recommended for complex cases. Please call our office to discuss your half-day mediation needs.
* A $500.00 charge occurs if a mediation is cancelled or rescheduled less than two days before the scheduled date. A charge of up to 4% will be applied to refunds due to cover credit card fees and/or expenses.
